Dmitry Fedotov

Dmitry’s experience in the youth work sector has taken him throughout much of South and West Yorkshire. He is CEO of The Youth Association – the UK’s oldest youth work charity, with a proud history of developing some of the most innovative work in its field.

As CEO, Dmitry leads the organisation’s strategic development, partnerships, and programmes, overseeing a diverse portfolio of youth work, mental health, training, and community-based initiatives. He works closely with local authorities, funders, education providers, and voluntary sector partners to strengthen opportunities and outcomes for young people across the region. Dmitry also chairs three youth work alliances across South and West Yorkshire, bringing together organisations to strengthen collaboration, workforce development, and strategic influence.
