Rachael Martindale

Rachael has over 20 years experience within Education and brings a range of background experience to our college and has an infectious passion to create positive learning experiences for all. Rachael currently works within the SEND Specialist sector as Vice Principal and has previous worked within GFE, Prison education, Community learning and Online provisions and is looking forward to creating new learning opportunities for everyone to be part of. Rachael has vast experience within senior leadership teams and achieving Outstanding at Ofsted inspections. Alongside her peers, Rachael is dedicated to achieving the very best for our students and overcome any challenges ahead.
