Your responsibilities will include welcoming and directing audiences, retail sales and customer service, and you will receive full training prior to your first shift in our training events. You’ll need to be confident interacting with the public, giving clear instructions and support, joining in the panto fun and engaging in positive sales techniques to sell refreshments and merchandise. You must be aged 18+ because the role will include the sale and service of alcohol.
We have implemented Covid Safe strategies, including operating staff team ‘bubbles’ to enable social distancing, temperature checks and enhanced cleaning; before applying we ask you to consider if you feel comfortable within the theatre environment, working with audiences of up to 1000 socially-distanced people. As part of your role you will be asked to support us in implementing these strategies, which may include assisting with tasks such as audience temperature checking or touch point cleaning.
