Our vision is to become the authority in live entertainment, and our ability to better market the world-beating content we'll host in our theatres when they reopen is critical to achieving that goal. Our Marketing Account Management team are on a mission to guide a path to that reopening and realise our ambition of becoming the most effective marketing organisation in the industry.
An opportunity has arisen in the team to cover a period of maternity leave from April 2021. The appointment will therefore be a secondment, with the option to return to your original role at the end of the maternity cover. The role is home based at present, but with extensive travel likely ahead of and during business reopening.
This role's key responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership to the Venue Teams, with the objective of rebuilding the business and restoring EBITDA growth via more creative and effective strategies, that leverage new digital channels and innovative marketing techniques.
- Driving collaboration between Central Marketing teams (Data, CRM, Social & Performance) and UK venues, in order to maximise the potential of our network scale.
Our ideal candidate will be:
- An experienced marketing and communications professional with a proven record of delivering effective & creative campaigns that exploit the full marketing mix to grow audiences and drive sales;
- Experienced in managing and working collaboratively with cross disciplinary teams;
- A strong presenter and communicator with the ability to inspire, motivate and influence;
- and possess an entrepreneurial spirit with the appetite to challenge constructively and persuasively.
