The Role

This role will report directly into the Regional Manager and be responsible for maximising sales and improving the commercial performance of this great store. You’ll play a key part in increasing turnover and profitability. You’ll recruit and lead a strong team to build upon exceptional levels of customer service and brand delivery through visual merchandising, sales and store standards. The role will have a big focus on team and people; you’ll be involved in recruitment, on boarding, training and development, motivating and engaging a team of retail professionals, as well as conducting performance reviews.

Our customers are king so you’ll know how to make them feel extra special and resolve any issues quickly and effectively. You’ll have an eye for numbers and manage budgets and targets. You’ll produce weekly reports to reflect store performance and be confident sharing this across the business when required.

We are looking for an experienced retail leader who ideally has experience with apparel. You’ll be a confident communicator and understand how to engage and inspire a team. You’ll live and breathe customer experience and strive constantly to make this better and better.
