Director of Education - Primary

Location: Bromsgrove

Job term: Full time, Permanent (Part time would be considered)

This an exciting opportunity for an excellent leader with a passion for education and its continued improvement. The role will work local and regionally with a remit to influence and shape education nationally.

We are looking for a Director of Education to join a team of two other Directors of Education (Primary) to lead primary school improvement across the current 17 primary schools, as well as contribute and influence all areas of the Trust’s operations.  We are inviting candidates with extensive educational leadership experience and a knowledge and understanding of creating and maintaining outstanding primary practice to apply for the role.  You will have a background as a Primary Head and are likely to have been in a leadership role in an existing Multi Academy Trust.

The role will take a key part in setting the strategy for the Trust and its daily operations, working very closely with the CEO and executive colleagues.
