Lecturer in Care & Early Years
Location: Wakefield and Castleford College
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and committed Childcare & Early Years lecturer to join our team, where you will provide outstanding teaching to ensure that all our learners succeed and achieve their highest potential.
As a Lecturer in Childcare & Early Years, you would teach on a range of programmes from Level 1-3 in Childcare and Early Years.
We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who can promote a culture of excellent behaviour, motivation and high learner performance through excellent standards of teaching and learning. In addition, you should be an excellent team player and have a passion for supporting students to succeed.
You will have:
- GCSEs in English and Maths A*-C/9-4 or equivalent
- A Degree in Childcare/Early Years, or other related discipline
- PGCE or other recognised full teaching qualification (or working towards)
- Experience of working in the Early Years sector
