Administrator - Campus Support

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our fantastic Campus Support team at the Heart of Yorkshire Education Group!

We’re looking for someone with great organisational skills to support with administrative and receptionist duties, to help the days run smoothly for staff, students, parents, and other visitors to the college.

You will:

  • ·         Provide clerical and administrative support to Heads of Curriculum, Curriculum Development Managers, and other roles across the Group.
  • ·         Assist with the franking of external mail, and the distribution of internal and external mail.
  • ·         Respond effectively and efficiently to customer contact, which could include external partners, employers, staff, managers, students and their parents.

You will have:

  • ·         GCSEs in English and Maths, A*-C/9-4 or equivalent
  • ·         An IT qualification, such as CLAIT, ECDL or equivalent is desirable but not essential
  • ·         Experience of accurately inputting data, working to tight deadlines, and working in a busy office environment
