Curriculum Development Manager for English & Maths

We are looking for an inspiring Curriculum Development Manager to join our thriving English and Maths team, where you will provide outstanding teaching to ensure that all our learners succeed and achieve their highest potential. 

We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who can promote a culture of excellent behaviour, motivation and high learner performance through excellent standards of teaching and learning. In addition, you should be an excellent team player and have a passion for supporting students to succeed.

You will: 

  • Assist in overseeing the management and development of curriculum, including management of staff and resources
  • Support the implementation of local and corporate strategies to improve the quality of teaching, learning and assessment
  • Monitor the curriculum area’s performance against Key Performance Indicators
  • Ensure course teams comply with the Group’s quality processes
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of student related documentation

You will have:

  • GCSE in English and Maths A*-C/9-4 or equivalent
  • PGCE or other recognised teaching qualification
  • Successful experience of teaching within the English and Maths Curriculum Management experience in FE is desirable but not essential
