Course Overview

This is a nationally recognised qualification aimed at those looking to return into education and need to develop their academic studies prior to moving on to a level 3 qualification. Through completing this course, you will develop key study skills including academic writing skills along side gaining a foundation knowledge of health-related subjects. This course is a fully online course, with no lessons to attend, you can arrange 1:1 tutorials with your personal tutor to support your progress on the course.

    Throughout the course, you will complete a range of end of unit assessments, including, short written answers, multiple choice questions and long written answers. There are no exams on this course.

    There are no formal entry requirements for this course, though a good standard of written English is required.
