What is a Skills Bootcamp?
Skills Bootcamps are free, flexible training courses of up to 16 weeks, funded by the Department for Education. Employers contribute just 10–30% for new hires — everything else is covered.

Levy-paying employers
Payroll over £3m? You contribute to the Apprenticeship Levy. We help you spend it before it expires on programmes that genuinely develop your people.

- Levy transfer support for supply chain
- End-point assessment guidance included
- Dedicated account manager throughout
Smaller employers
You only pay 5% of training costs — government co-invests 95%. For employers with under 50 staff taking on a 16–18 year old, training is completely free.

- 100% funded for under-19s at small employers
- No levy account needed
- Flexible start dates year-round
