"After studying my A Levels at Wakefield College, I decided to stay on to complete the degree in Criminology & Law at the University Centre. 

I really enjoy the course because after three years of studying together, my class are all close friends. When I first started, I lacked confidence but now I have built presenting and public speaking skills so I’m much more confident. 

I completed some volunteer work as an Appropriate Adult with the Police which I secured through my tutor’s recommendation. Due to this experience and studying the degree, I have secured an interview to work as a Probation Officer."
