"I’ve always been interested in film and chose to study Media at Selby College after coming to the open day and seeing the great facilities at the college.

I enjoy the creativity of my course; my tutors encourage any ideas I have and have helped me to follow the paths I am most interested in. For me this is editing, and I have had the freedom to focus on this area and develop my skills.

If I get my expected grades, I will be going to York St John University to study media production, then I hope to get an apprenticeship and eventually work as a film editor."
