I’m studying Games Design & Development at Level 3, and I’m enjoying having the opportunity to bring my ideas to life and make games I’ve always wanted to make. One of my favourite parts of Games Design is making levels, and I’ve been doing a lot of 3D modelling in and outside of college. Games design isn’t just about coding though, and the research, writing and reflections involved in the course have been very helpful for my learning: looking back at the work I’ve done and considering how to get better in the future. I plan to continue studying Games Design & Development to a degree level and hope to work as a Game Designer as part of an independent business.
