"I’m very happy with my results, as I have secured a place at Newcastle University to study Chemistry.

I enjoyed studying my A Levels at Selby College, and I feel that I have gained a good breadth of knowledge. I liked that there was more independent learning than high school, a skill that will be essential at university. I’ve also developed other skills that I will bring forward with me, such as collaboration with groups, resilience, pushing myself, and Chemistry skills like lab work.

In the future I am thinking about becoming a teacher or perhaps going into research. Until then, I’m looking forward to learning much more about Chemistry and finding my niche in the subject."
