Course Overview
This course is designed for students who have completed the Level 1 Diploma in Motorcycle Maintenance or have extensive prior knowledge in the field. If a Level 1 qualification is not held, applicants with relevant experience will still be considered, ensuring all students have a strong foundation for progressing to this level. At this stage, learners will specialise in mechanical skills, focusing on all key aspects of motorcycle systems. Building on the knowledge gained at Level 1, students will learn how to remove, replace, and repair various motorcycle components, while gaining a deeper understanding of how each part functions. This course equips students with the practical and technical skills needed for work in the motorcycle industry, preparing them for further study or entry-level positions.What You Will Study
The course is delivered through a mixture of practical workshop sessions and classroom-based theory. Units include: Health and Safety in the Workshop Engine Systems Steering and Suspension Systems Electrical Systems- Attendance Expectations

- How You Will Be Assessed
You will be assessed through practical tasks in the workshops and completion of portfolio work and end of unit online exams.

Minimum Grade of a 3 in Maths and English and Level 1 qualification in automotive.
