Course Overview
This course provides learners with the essential skills and knowledge needed to support construction projects across the built environment sector. Construction Contracting Operations Technicians play a key role in helping organisations plan, deliver, and complete projects in areas such as residential, commercial, industrial, refurbishment, and public sector construction.
Learners will gain insight into a wide range of contracting functions, including estimating, planning, buying, site coordination, quantity surveying, and design and build. The course focuses on developing the ability to use digital processes and project management systems that support the progress of real construction sites and office based operations.
