Course Overview
This qualification will allow you to improve your Hairdressing skills and take them to a more advanced level, working on models and clients.Please note that this course is designed for those who have completed a Level 2 NVQ qualification or equivalent.

Creatively Colouring Hair
Creatively Style and Dress Hair
Additional units to be selected from:
Colour Correction Services
Providing Specialist Hair and Scalp Treatments
Providing Creative Hair Extension Services
Cut men’s hair styles
Fulfil salon duties
- How You Will Be Assessed
Coursework/Exam/continuous practical assessment.
- Entry Requirements
For this course you must have successfully completed the Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Hairdressing. If you have not achieved a Grade 4 or above in GCSE English and/or Maths you will be required to continue studying these alongside your college course.
- Further Study
After the Level 3 you can then move on to a university to study the subject further.
