I’ve refined my skills on this course such as becoming a lot more fluent with using power tools. I’ve also become much more methodical at work and developed both my independence and team working skills.
As a class, we got to go to the CEF Electrical Convention in Birmingham which was fascinating as we got a lot of insight into the industry such as learning about the leading companies and what they do as well as the focus of the sector at the moment. My tutors have always been helpful with arranging trips like these and also helped to put me in contact with employers.
One day I’d love to qualify as an electrician at a high standard and be a business owner of an electrician company.”
